Paralyzed by the Scroll

Let’s be real—phones got us locked in. We say we want more, we say we love certain things, we talk about what we “should’ve done” or what we’re “gon’ do”... but we never move. Why? Because we’re stuck. Paralyzed by these little screens, stuck in a cycle of scrolling, watching, and wishing.

We see people living, doing, traveling, building—and instead of getting up and moving, we sit and scroll some more. Phones were supposed to connect us, but now they got us disconnected from life.

Stuck in a Digital Dream

It’s crazy how we can feel busy, tired, and overwhelmed, but when we look back, we haven’t actually done much. Hours gone. Vision still on pause. Dreams still untouched. But we know everything that’s trending, right?

We talk about what we want, but never take a step. Why? Because we’re mentally tired from watching everybody else move while we sit still. Phones got us living in our heads instead of living in real life.

From Motion to Movement

It’s time to break out of that. Time to stop just “liking” what inspires us and start doing. That idea? Act on it. That goal? Start today. That move you’ve been sitting on? Take it to GOD and then go.

You weren’t created to be stuck in a loop of scrolling, comparing, and regretting. You were made to live. To walk it out. To experience the things you talk about.

Ask yourself—what’s really stopping me from moving? Is it fear? Doubt? Or am I just caught up in a world that keeps me distracted?

Don’t let your phone steal your purpose. Don’t let time pass you by while you’re sitting still. There’s too much in you for that.

“Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” – James 1:22 (NKJV)

Put the phone down. Even for a little bit. Take one step toward what you’ve been talking about. Live it. Move in it. GOD can’t bless what you’re only watching—HE blesses what you’re willing to do.
